SUPER SOURCE: LARK

I think I would fit right in down under. As a party decorations hunter, I have noticed they seem to have quite the market for goodies. They are running right alongside the US in the party planning market. Have you seen HELLO NAOMI, KITIYA PALASKAS, IMPRINTABLES or DONNA HAY?  Oh, how I would kill to go to THE SCHOOL! Awesome right?  Well, darlings, I bring you a new source. LARK. A gorgeously curated shop that will keep you from thinking about the international shipping charges. It is THAT good. It just means that we need to order more to make the shipping worth it. Besides, as I write this $1 AUD= $0.95 USD. That's savings baby!

This lovely shop brings colorful melamine, pretty chocolate numbers and the awesome ALLERGY RIDERS. These are cupcake wrappers and flags that denote food allergies in a modern and colorful way. A brilliant product by a mom with a child with food allergies who recognized a need in the market and filled it with beautiful products. Why someone in the US hasn't done this yet is beyond me. I have hinted to a few sellers here and I will let you know when they are available.  Until then, this product alone is completely worth the shipping for me and Hunter's peanut allergies.

The rest of these lovelies? A triple cake carrier? It reminds me of that little voice in my brain...cake, cake, cake...all day long. That pretty pink striped thing in the middle? It is a cake wrap. Take a white cake, wrap it in this and voila. decorated cake. Who else, besides me, totally wants to try that? I mean really, how stinkin' easy. Who needs icing skills when you've got this.  I have only rounded up some of the partywares, but there is so much more. So go see LARK today, be inspired, order lots, and grab me those pink garden markers, I want them in my bakery stash.

SUPER SOURCE: FLUTTERFETTI

Happy Monday! We all LOVE confetti, especially us at chez H+H, so when I found this source I HAD to share. FLUTTERFETTI, if awesome was spelled with an F. I was looking for some solid color confetti shooters for a gender reveal DIY.  Visions of an all white baby shower with a big pop of blue or pink being showered on the smiling mamma to be, who also happens to be holding a pretty white parasol. Cute right? I remembered that I had happened upon some tubes of solid colors at the local party store and went to check.  I figured the easy diy would be to wrap those in fabric to pretty them up a bit.  So, I went on Saturday, and all I found was primary colors. I checked out the brand when I got home and hit the motherload.

You see, I have some confetti guns, and while they are totally awesome, I am stricken with panic everytime I let the boys at them.  Then I saw this DIY by my fave gal SHARON over on MELANIE's (I finally met her at ALT!! sweetest ever!) blog, YOU ARE MY FAVE and I thought, awesome.  But what I share today, is for the DIY lazy, which, I will admit, sometimes I am.  FLUTTERFETTI has airless (no shooting your eye out here) launchers for both confetti and streamers! A flick of the wrist and you are showered in confetti awesomeness. So, go check it out. They are really well priced and I love that you can pick any color or color combination you like.  If you have ever cut confetti you know how great this is.

They also have precut streamers, also in your choice of colors.  Diamonds! I love diamonds! I just bought a pack of tissue paper, so I could cut my own little heart confetti...and then I see this.  Brilliant. Yep, pick a color, any color.

Go search your little heart out (ha) HERE and then bookmark this site for future fetes.

PINHOLE PRESS PARTY

I find the best goodies not only from blog posts, but from ads on blogs I love. For instance, I was intrigued by a lovely little ad, clicked and found lovely little products.

PINHOLE PRESS is a personalization stationery company.   What I love is that they have beautifully simple and modern party collections. I love the idea of using photos of the birthday child in the invitation and around the party.

Solid colors and perfectly plain yet gorgeous fonts both make the guest of honor {aka the whole reason for the party} shine.

I also bookmarked this site for their amazing photo journals with diary space and scribble pads for the boys this Christmas.
