HOW TO MAKE EASY FRINGE HEARTS

The paper mache aisle is your friend. A quick run down to the craft store can save you hours in crafting time and get you a shape that is consistant and well formed. In this quick little DIY for Minted, I made a fringed heart, no paper mache mess involved.  If you have ever attempted to make your own shapes with paper mache, you know what I am talking about. I am all about making something by hand but who says you have to make ALL of it yourself? Save time and sanity and check out this little 3-D heart DIY over on Minted's blog Julep.
