FONT FRIDAY: JACQUES AND GILLES

Happy Friday font lovers! Today I am excited because the font this week reminds me of one of my favorite calligraphers, Lauren of A Fabulous Fete. I mean it really is uncanny...It is close enough that I can now label everything in my office and I am thrilled. Although when I do hit the lottery, I'm still having her label everything. This week's font is JACQUES AND GILLES by Emily Lime.
Isn't it lovely? I am also chomping at the bit to see all the new products in A Fabulous Fete's shop, which were photographed by dez and tam photography.
Notice the pretty little handwritten font in Lauren's stamps and signage. Notice the awesome cakestand Sharon gave me for my birthday, which she had labeled by you know who. Now, compare it to JACQUES AND GILLES...have I just hit the jackpot here or what? For $17 you can label to your hearts content. Pretty, pretty, pretty. I love this font because it looks handwritten. It isn't overly frou-frou but just a touch of modern girly. Don't forget to grab it while it is still on sale HERE.

Awesome! I'm throwing Lauren's bridal shower this Saturday but she'll probably have to label some of her own party stuff. :)
Too funny, I used this exact font on the blog today. I purchased it a couple weeks ago to use to design my wedding invites! How funny! Plus, I too, adore Lauren. And got to see her last night! And am going to be helping Sharon with Lauren's shower tomorrow.
Oh this blog world can be so small!
