HOW TO MAKE SPLATTER PAINT FAVOR BOXES
Monday, October 1, 2012 at 5:29AM Remember splatter painting? I remember seeing it everywhere, just like neon, when I was a kid. Now, in it's second time around, it is much more sophisticated in controled pops. Ok, it's not sophisticated but incredibly less tacky than the first time. Pick one color and don't splatter paint everything. Using just these boxes with an other wise 80's free decor is perfect. This is a case of too much of a good thing is well, too much.

Do you like this rebirth of all things 80's? I don't mind the 80's, it's this grunge resurgence that has me cringing. It just makes me feel old and it wasn't cute the first time around, trust me, it's not going to be cute this time around.
